- How do I sign up?
- Go to the main page and click on the sign up link.
- Once you have fully completed the registration process, click on the ’submit’ button at the bottom of the page to receive the verification link.

Activate your account by clicking on the link we sent you by email and then you can start enjoying nciku!

- What benefits do I get for signing up?
- After signing up, you can use more features throughout the site: post questions, answers and comments on the Q&A board; create, save and edit your own conversations; manage your studying with vocab lists; and take memorization tests to help you learn.
- What do I do if I forget my password?

- How do I edit my account details?

In your ‘My nciku’ page, click on ‘Profile’ on the left-hand side. There you can change your profile or account details. see images
- How do I change my password?

In your ‘My nciku’ page, click on “Profile,” on the left-hand side. There you have a choice between editing your profile information or your password. Select ‘Change Password.’ After making the change, click on “save,” and then the “last modified date” will be updated to show that it has been changed. see images
- How do I change my Email Address?

Sign in first, then go to your “My nciku.” Then you need to click on ‘Profile’ on the left-hand side of the page and select the “Change Email Address” option. see image
- How do I become a ‘Cool User’?
- ‘Cool Users’ are chosen by our editors. A cool user has made an important, interesting, or unique contribution to nciku. Everyone has the chance to become a cool user. You are more likely to be chosen as a cool user if you have uploaded your own user image. Images below 10kB are preferable.
- What is the nciku privacy policy?
- nciku will never disclose your information to a third party unless you have agreed for us to do so or it is necessary for legal reasons. For more information you can read the nciku terms of service.
- Can I delete my account?
- You cannot delete your account from inside of ‘My nciku.’ If you have exceptional circumstances, please send an email to help (at) nciku.com and we will help.
